Our Mission

Artist’s Attic’s mission is to help expand the arts and support the growth of artists in Venango County, PA, and beyond by offering affordable artist quality art supplies; providing artists with an outlet for their work and their talents; providing business support for artist entrepreneurs; and teaching youth and adults the many forms of art through individual and group workshops.

We will strive to offer the supplies local artists need and provide local artwork that our customers want.  We will build a community of artists and provide a platform where they can network.  We will offer artists services to help them build their businesses and grow professionally.  We will maintain Artist’s Attic as a place for youth and adults to explore the many forms of visual art through classes in a variety of mediums taught by a variety of instructors in both in-person and online formats.  We will support, refer, endorse, promote, and collaborate with local, regional, and state arts organizations and agencies.

Success will be measured by artists choosing our art supplies because we meet their needs and expectations in selection, convenience, service, and price; by artists using our business development services because we meet their needs and expectations in affordability and successful outcomes; by the public choosing us for their artwork purchases because we meet or exceed their expectations in selection, quality, price, and service; and by the public choosing us as their preferred art workshop provider because our classes meet or exceed their expectations in medium and subject offerings, price, and instructor quality.

Art in Business Initiative

Are you a local business owner searching for artwork to hang on your empty walls? Do you need pottery or a cutting board to showcase signature dishes at your local restaurant?

If you’re looking to add creativity and personalization to your space, reach out to us for the Art in Business Initiative! This initiative encourages our local community to embrace and support artists who call this region home. Artist’s Attic will help you search local art from any artist or gallery in the area to find a piece
that resonates with your business’s aesthetic.

Once you’ve found your perfect piece, we’ll make sure to give both your business and the artist in which you purchased from the appropriate love on our social media channels. This provides both your business and the artist additional local exposure!

Check out some recent examples of Art in Business:
Hannah from Iron Furnace Coffee purchased two prints for her coffee shop in Franklin from Stew Armstrong.

If you are a business owner or manager and you would like to come browse the selection of art at Artist’s Attic or would like us to find art at any local gallery, please email artistsatticllc@gmail.com. We would be happy to help put art in your business!
